Holiday Event Options at The Monarch Club
The Monarch Club at Trilogy Central Coast is the ideal venue for your holiday get together, be it a blowout for a couple hundred friends or just an afternoon or evening out with colleagues. Our exceptional event planning and culinary teams will work with you to create an event that meets your budget and exceeds only your expectations. For an idea of some options available to you, please check out the information below.
Option One - The Traditional Office Lunch De-Constructed
Ideal for the modestly sized party with a more modest budget, the Office Lunch De-Constructed combines great food with intimate environments that will let people get away from their office personas and relax among friends.
- Access to the Captain's Room for parties of 8-12 people
- Access to the Wine Library for parties of 13-30 people
- Custom holiday floral centerpieces
- An individual consultation with Chef Pandee Pearson to discuss menu options
- For parties of greater than ten, each guest will receive a gift-wrapped $10 gift card for future use at Adelina's Bistro
Options start as low as $16 per person inclusive of meal, or $24 per person including non-alcoholic beverage and dessert (menu chosen, size of party, and date & time selected may affect price).
Option Two - An Evening Among Friends & Colleagues
If your hope is to enjoy an evening out with colleagues, partners, and friends, Option Two may be perfect with you, as we'll again custom-create a menu just for you, and ensure that every guest has an amazing experience, including all of the following:
- Access to the Captain's Room for parties of 8-12 people
- Access to the Wine Library for parties of 13-30 people
- Custom holiday floral centerpieces
- An individual consultation with Chef Pandee Pearson to discuss menu options
- For parties of greater than ten, each guest will receive a gift-wrapped $10 gift card for future use at Adelina's Bistro
- Groups selecting the Wine Library will receive a $50 beverage credit during the cocktail hour
- Access to the Audio/Video resources available, including the ability to showcase a slide show during cocktail hour and/or the meal (we'll even help you put your show together if you'd like!)
Options start as low as $33 per person inclusive of meal, or $50 per person including a three-course meal with non-alcoholic beverage (menu chosen, size of party, and date & time selected may affect price).
Option Three - The Perfect Holiday Gift for the Large Party
Are you looking to host a large holiday party for your company or friends & family this year? Let the team from The Monarch Club take care of everything in our breathtaking Avila Room. Our contemporary design is sure to impress, as are the culinary creations prepared by our partners at CateringUnlimited.com. Large events hosted in our Avila Room include all of the following:
- Parties of 40-200 guests
- Access to the Avila Room
- Custom holiday floral centerpieces
- An individual consultation with our preferred caterer, CateringUnlimited.com (www.CateringUnlimited.com)
- Full Bar setup with professional bartender
- White linens for all tables
- Choice of Red, Green or White dinner napkins
- Groups selecting the Avila Room will receive a complimentary champagne or sparkling cider toast
- Access to the Audio/Video resources available, including the ability to showcase a slide show during cocktail hour and/or the meal (we'll even help you put your show together if you'd like!)
All this starting as low as $33 per person inclusive of meal, or $50 per person including a three-course meal with non-alcoholic beverage (menu chosen, size of party, and date & time selected may affect price).
